1. Open to UK and ROI residents over 18, except employees of Walkers Snacks Ltd (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, the Promotional Partners, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. You will find unique codes (each worth a number of points) within promotional packs of Walkers Crisps, Lights, Baked, Max (singles and multi-packs). Each code can only be used once. Only codes from the Walkers Brit Trips 2008 promotion will be accepted.

4. You then set up your account at www.walkersbrittrips.co.uk (the "Website") and start collecting points. Participants can only register one Brit Trips account, and the mobile number can only be registered once.

6. When you have collected enough points for your chosen trip/offer, submit your points and you will receive a unique Booking Reference which can be used to book the trip/offer directly with Walkers Promotional Partners. Details of each Promotional Partner's booking and/or redemption procedure and trip/offer specific terms and conditions are on the Website.

8. The Website will be open from 18 February 2008 and will close on 31 December 2008. Points can be collected from 18 February 2008 but cannot be redeemed until 1 March 2008. Points can be collected until 31 October 2008. All points must be redeemed by 31 December 2008. Please check the Website carefully for the Promotional Partners' booking deadlines as individual trip/offer closing dates vary. Please note, specific terms and conditions including restrictions, standard opening and closing times apply to each trip/offer and full details of each Promotional Partner's terms and conditions are available on the Website within the "More Info & Terms" section on each of the trip/offer pages.

9. Walkers is not responsible for the Promotional Partners' venue, trip and/or offer specific Terms and Conditions accessible from this Website. Walkers accepts no liability for the contents of and/or information (including any errors or omissions) within the Partners' own Terms and Conditions.

10. Text charges depend on network operator and monthly contract. Text messages normally cost no more than 10-12p (16 Euro cents). The Promoter will not be responsible for codes or text entries not received, or for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry to the Brit Trips site.

11. Most trips/offers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Promotional Partners have the right to charge the full price if a Booking Reference has not been used to pre-book the trip/offer or if the Booking Reference is not presented upon arrival.

12. Participants using a Booking Reference who fail to attend a pre-booked venue will automatically lose all rights to the trip/offer.

13. The Booking Reference may not be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher, offer or concessional rate offered by the Promotional Partners such as family or group rates or coach parties. The Promotional Partners reserve the right not to redeem or accept lost, stolen or forged Booking References. Checking of the Booking Reference against the individual or individuals concerned could occur at the venue, so ensure all usage and redemption conditions together with proof of indentity is available, as refusal by the venue to accept may cause embarrassment and could result in refusal to entry or payment of the full price.

14. All details relating to the trips and offers are correct at the start of the promotion but may be subject to change and, as such, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace a venue without prior notification throughout the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances or to circumstances outside of the Promoter's control.

15. Individuals taking part in any of the Promotional Partners' activities contract directly with the Promotional Partner and/or venue and, as such, take part in activities at their own risk and the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such activities whatsoever.

16. The Booking References are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen Booking References. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Attempts to enter the same Brit Trips code more than once, or the use of promotional codes not intended for use in this promotion, may (will) result in the relevant account being frozen for 48 hours. Repeated frozen accounts will be seen as fraudulent attempts to hack into the Website or undermine the promotional integrity and will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your account pending and during the investigation, and your account may be deleted if we are concerned for the Website's security and the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter's decision to freeze and/or delete any account is final. If your account has been deleted, you will forfeit the use of the Brit Trips codes in it, will not be able to re-open it and will not therefore be able to participate in the promotion any further.

18. Codes can only be used on-line via the Website or via SMS for use during the Brit Trips promotion. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The selling of codes, packaging or Brit Trips accounts is strictly forbidden. The Promoter may require reasonable proof of purchase.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person who corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the promotion, attempts to damage the Website or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion. If such activity is suspected the Promoter will delete the offending accounts and compensation or prosecution will be sought through the law.

20. Participants may be required to take part in related publicity.

21. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
